Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Bage Transportation Solutions, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or using our transportation, ride share, or delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Bage Transportation Solutions, LLC provides the following services in the Greater Atlanta metropolitan area:

• Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT): Scheduled transportation for patients to and from medical appointments, dialysis, therapy, and other healthcare-related destinations.
• Ride Share: On-demand and scheduled passenger transportation for general travel needs.
• Package & Medical Delivery: Secure delivery of medical supplies, specimens, prescriptions, and general packages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• All rides and deliveries must be scheduled in advance by phone or through our website contact form.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from our dispatch team.
• We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day service is available based on availability.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information. We are not liable for delays or missed trips caused by incorrect information.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Late cancellations (less than 2 hours notice) or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
• Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of service.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to vehicle availability, weather, or safety concerns. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for passengers who:

• Are verbally or physically abusive toward drivers or staff.
• Are under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
• Damage or soil our vehicles.
• Engage in any illegal activity during transport.

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to our vehicles and may be charged for cleaning or repair costs.

5. Payment & Fees

• Rates are provided at the time of booking and are subject to change.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless a billing arrangement has been established (e.g., for healthcare facility accounts).
• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved insurance or Medicaid billing where applicable.
• Additional fees may apply for wait time, extra stops, or special equipment needs.

6. Delivery Services

• We accept packages for delivery within our service area only.
• We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, or items prohibited by law.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• The sender is responsible for proper packaging. We are not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
• Proof of delivery is available upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bage Transportation Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
• Delays, missed appointments, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or mechanical failure.
• Personal items left in our vehicles. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific trip or delivery in question.

8. Insurance

Bage Transportation Solutions, LLC maintains all required commercial vehicle insurance and liability coverage as mandated by the State of Georgia. Copies of insurance certificates are available upon request for healthcare facility partners.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
